Last week, Mississippi Today reporter Anna Wolfe published her latest in a series of investigative reports call "The Backchannel".  It follows the web of connections behind the state's TANF welfare fraud scandal.

Friday's publication adds another wrinkle to the story.  According to text messages obtained by Mississippi Today, then-Lt. Governor Tate Reeves has a role in diverting funding to a project headed by his personal trainer.
