Jackson writer Angie Thomas' debut young adult novel, The Hate U Give, earned critical acclaim and was adapted into a major film. That book is now newly available in paperback, along with its prequel, Concrete Rose, which was originally published in 2021.
Thomas is now working on a film adaptation for another of her novels: 2019's On The Come Up.
