Staff present: Ronnie Agnew, Teresa Collier, Scott Colwell, Joel Gatlin, Jason Klein, Paul Moore, Maggie Stevenson, Henry Williams and Tara Wren

OPENING OF MEETING
Chairman Allen opened the meeting, and it was established that there was not a quorum present to do business.
Chairman Allen led the Pledge of Allegiance.
FINANCIAL REPORTS
Paul Moore presented the financial reports
A copy of the financial report is included as a part of these Minutes as Exhibit A.
UPDATE ON FOUNDATION
Paul Moore stated that the new foundation went live on November 1. Paul Moore added that staff are being trained in Allegiance software and are taking calls from the public regarding their accounts.
Ronnie Agnew reported on a dinner meeting with the new board on November 9, 2016, and stated that more board members will be added soon.
STAFF UPDATES
Ronnie Agnew recognized staff for updates from their departments.

As there was no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
