Chef Rob is joined by guest Jeff Good, managing partner of Mangia Bene, the restaurant group that operates Bravo, Broad Street, and Sal & Mookies. Good is also involved with the Up In Farms Food Hub, which aims to connect local grocers and restaurants to farmers, as well as offer services to boost local farmers' businesses.
Registered dietician Rebecca Turner also stops by to make a Panzanella salad, and on our Down On The Farm segment we learn about Community Supported Agriculture with the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians.
