MPB TV premieres “Classic Gospel” Saturday, September 5 at 7 p.m. The series combines classic gospel music performances from over two decades of live Gaither Homecoming Gospel Concerts. It features the harmony and spirit of Southern gospel music as sung by the pioneering and contemporary greats of this distinctly American musical genre. Tune in Saturdays at 7 p.m.
Season 10 features classic episodes dedicated to Cliff Barrows, Marty Stuart, the Booth Brothers, and the Statler Brothers. Also included in this season are specials dedicated to patriotic hymns and Bill Gaither’s favorite country gospel tunes.
