It passed the House this week, and is on its way to the Senate for approval. Some say it protects religious beliefs, but others say it’s state supported discrimination.
We spoke to the bill’s author, Rep. Andy Gipson (R – District 77 – Rankin, Simpson), and Rep. David Baria (D – District 122 – Hancock), who have opposing views of this legislation.
