Teacher Wall

Teacher Wall is a virtual teacher town square where America’s educators can share their stories, knowledge, and ideas on our nation’s school. The Wall's topics showcase a wide range of voices and provide teachers with a chance to interact, share, and learn from one another, all while contributing to the conversation on American education.

Mississippi Public Broadcasting, with a grant provided by American Graduate, is particpating in the Teacher Wall project. We interviewed 5 teachers and asked them about their inspirations, engagement with parents, challenges and more.

These videos are part of the American Graduate initiative. American Graduate: Let's Make It Happen builds on public broadcasting’s long-standing commitment to education by convening conversations and strengthening partnerships between public radio and television stations and local schools, businesses, and community organizations – all with the goal of helping students stay on course to graduate from high school.
