Quorum is Mississippi Public Broadcasting’s longest-running program, having covered 36 seasons of legislative affairs. The program focuses on the business of the Mississippi State Senate and House of Representatives. Not only do our lawmakers write the state's annual budget, affecting every agency and service the state offers, they also craft laws and regulations that influence our society and culture. MPB is committed to providing clear, meaningful information on developments at the Capitol, through our field reporting and our live panel discussions with legislators themselves. We provide voters with a direct line to those lawmakers -- audience questions, delivered by phone, e-mail and Twitter, are a critical part of the show.

Quorum airs live each Wednesday evening from 7:00 to 8:00 every Wednesday night throughout the regular legislative session.
