Old Capitol MakeOver

The Old Capitol Building in downtown Jackson is getting a $14.2 million makeover. The Mississippi Legislature approved funds for the project last year and scores of people gathered yesterday afternoon on its lawn to help celebrate a new life for the 166-year-old building.
