A new report says hate groups in this country have increased by 54% since 2001. We’ll talk about why the increase and who the haters hate with a representative from the Southern Poverty Law Center. Getting on a horse can be a lot more than just a fun experience for a child with a disability. We’ll learn more about therapeutic riding through a 4-H program at Mississippi State University. And resident film critic, Anita Modak-Truan will review the movie, Streetfighter for us.

"Moving Mississippi's Children Forward: What Will It Take?" Was the focus of the Mississippi’s kids count summit held in Meridian. Under discussion is how to meet the economic, educational, health and safety needs of children in our state.
In our book club – there’s a newly released novel about domestic help in Mississippi in the 1960’s that the New York Times describes as “button-pushing and soon to become wildly popular.” It’s called “The Help” and its we'll be joined by author Kathryn Stockett.
