BP Oil Spill

Air date 06/22/10

In March, representatives from the Mississippi Attorney General office were given, what they thought, complete records from a number of BP oil spill claims. Attorney General Jim Hood has long criticized claims administrator, Kenneth Feinberg, over the speed and fairness of the claims process. Hood tells MPB's Rhonda Miller that even though the documents were turned over in March they were incomplete. He has written a letter in recent days again asking for a resolution for the disagreement between him and Feinberg.
