Jan. 16: Barbour Defends Pardons

Governor Barbour defended his pardons publicially for the first time on Friday. He points out that only 26 out of his over 200 pardons owe time in prison, and he claims that he has personally observed the reform of many of the others.

That's not enough for some of the loved ones of the criminals' victims. David Gatlin murdered Tiffany Brewer's sister in 1993, and his pardon has created new trauma for her. She speaks with Daniel Cherry about the flaws in the former governor's logic.
