With Governor Barbour's recent attempt to pardon over 200 criminals currently in the hands of the court, the executive director of the Mississippi Center for Violence Prevention, Sandy Middleton, weighs in on how their release could create a new wave of trauma for the criminals' victims and their families.

Jackson State University's Margaret Walker Center presents its "For My People" Awards today, and Dorothy Stewart his among the honorees. She joines the Center's director Robbie Luckett and Karen Brown to discuss her efforts to preserve African American heritage.

Also, concert pianist Thomas Pandolfi talks about his upcoming performance with the Mississippi Symphony Orchestra, and film critic Anita Modak-Truran judges Gary Oldman's new film, "Tinker Taylor Soldier Spy."
