Jan. 9: Legal Services Cutbacks

Air date 01/09/12

Find out why some of Mississippi's citizens might have to go without legal services. Mississippi Volunteer Lawyers Project offers representation to the poor, and they have suffered from around $150,000 in budget cuts. MVLP Executive Director Shirley Williams explains to Daniel Cherry how that will force them to cut staff and limit services they provide for the state's neediest residents.

Rhonda Williams sits down with representative Steven Palazzo (R) from the Mississippi Gulf Coast. The freshman congressman reflects on his first year in office and speaks about his expectations for his second session.

Plus, Everyday Techonology projects new trends for 2012.
