Sement 1:  Black community leaders in Mississippi are trying to find new ways to connect people with government services. Dr. Cara James is Director of Minority Health at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. She tells MPB's Jeffrey Hess why healthcare among African Americans is such an important subject.
