Rehabilitating Abusive Offenders

The idea that someone could abuse a person they love - their spouse, their child - is hard for some to grasp. But it happens far too often. Many organizations exist to help the victims of that abuse, including today's guests, the Mississippi Center for Violence Prevention. But the Center for Violence Prevention also has a unique program geared toward reaching out to the PERPETRATORS of abuse. Center director Sandy Middleton joins us now to talk about how some abusers are able to turn their lives around.
