Mississippi's Insurance Commissioner thinks flood insurance rates are high enough, for now.  That's why he's suing the Federal Government to stop the implementation of new rates through the government's Flood Insurance Program.  Commissioner Mike Chaney spoke with MPB's Paul Boger about the suit, and about other frustrations with the Federal Government - including Obamacare.

Health officials say the number of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome cases in Mississippi has declined by more than half.  But our state still stands above the national average in SIDS deaths.  Dr. Mary Currier is the State Health Officer.  She spoke to MPB's Lawayne Childrey about the good news.
