Segment 1:
Residents of the Capital City will head to the polls tomorrow.  They'll decide if a 1% sales tax increase will be an efficient way to raise money to fix the city's crumbling infrastructure. If passed by voters, the sales tax increase would bring an additional $15,000,000 every year to help pay for some much needed repairs. Chokwe Lumumba is the mayor of Jackson. He spoke with MPB's Paul Boger.
Joining us is Jackson resident and businessman Jeff Good.  He's co-owner of three popular restaurants in the Capitol City and has been outspoken in his support of the 1% sales tax increase.
Segment 2:
Everyday Tech
Segment 3:
In a new Mothers Against Drunk Driving report, Mississippi gets four out of five stars for its efforts to keep drunk drivers off the streets.  Frank Harris is with MADD. He tells our Ezra Wall, while Mississippi is doing a lot right, there's room for improvement.
