Fletcher Cox

Each week on the Mississippi Arts hour, you hear an in-depth interview with a creative Mississippian.   This week, Diane Williams talks to woodworker Fletcher Cox.  Cox is a member of the Craftsmen’s Guild of Mississippi.  His work has been exhibited in galleries and museums across the United States, including The Smithsonian American Art Museum.  In the interview, talks about being a self taught craftsman and his desire for his works to be both artistic and functional.   This episode also includes the music of Cary Hudson.
