Fit to Eat Quick Tips

Chef Rob Stinson delivers quick tips to help make meal prep easier.

 

 

Ingredients:
 
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
4 tbsp paprika
¼ tbsp cayenne pepper
½ tbsp white pepper
1 tbsp ground thyme
½ tbsp ground sage
 
Preparation:
 
Place all ingredients in large resealable bag and shake vigorously.  Store for future use.

Ingredients

1 quart olive oil
8 pan seared garlic cloves cut in half
2 oz whole peppercorns (preferably black, white, and red)
1 large sprig of rosemary

Preparation:

Place 1 tbspn of oil in pan and pan sear garlic and rosemary.  Place all ingredients in old wine bottle and fill with oil.  Place wine cork in bottle and place in dark and cool place.
