Foreclosure

Foreclosure rates continued to rise in the third quarter in most of the 100 largest metropolitan areas of the country. While certain cities in California and Florida top the foreclosure list, Mississippi's capital city still continues to struggle with one of the highest numbers of high-cost refinance lending to African Americans.
