Mississippi Public Broadcasting is a state-licensed public media organization serving audiences across Mississippi through radio, television, and digital platforms. MPB is a founding partner in the Gulf States Newsroom—a regional journalism initiative in collaboration with WWNO and WRKF in Louisiana, WBHM in Alabama, and NPR. The goal of this partnership is to strengthen public media coverage in a region deeply affected by the decline of local news outlets.
