Serving over 2,000 students per year, the Mississippi Interactive Video Network (MIVN) provides opportunities for schools/districts facing budget constraints to have highly-qualified teachers instruct their students via distance learning. The MIVN classroom is also fully equipped with computers and video conferencing equipment and can be utilized for small conferences and workshops.

Mississippi e-Learning for Educators provides high-quality, online professional development facilitated by exemplary Mississippi educators. Courses last for seven weeks and emphasize theory-to-practice applications. Course work includes online discussions, reflection, readings, and projects. MPB hosted a Get STEMulated Career Fair at Canton High School with representatives from various colleges, universities, and businesses. Students were interviewed by Job Hunter host Kerri Courtney regarding their career aspirations. Students also participated in counseling sessions focusing on careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).
